Welcome! ToastyBrain is my new handmade hat label for high quality hand knit hats and original designs. I am Sponge. I spend three to four hours a day in my studio in Kansas City, Missouri, knitting with beautiful yarns, my original designs.

My hats are skillfully constructed using a combination of older techniques to produce vibrant new patterns and unique hats. My designs are of a complexity that they can not be made by industrial knitting machines, only skilled, intuitive hand knitting produces these results.
